How do I request a return for an investment?

You can submit a return request through the escrow portal or through the TransactAPI dashboard.

You can submit a return request through the portal or through the API. If you are using our API for payment processing follow these instructions. 

To request a return in the escrow portal on the left side of the screen there is a “Return Requests” tab. Once selected there is a button at the top right “Request a Return” click that and please fill out the form. Once it is submitted our escrow operations team will be notified and start processing your return.
