How do I request a return for an investment?

You can submit a return request through the escrow portal or through the TransactAPI dashboard.

You can submit a return request through the portal or through the API. If you are using our API for payment processing follow these instructions

To request a return in the escrow portal on the left side of the screen there is a “Return Requests” tab. Once selected there is a button at the top right “Request a Return” click that and please fill out the form. Once it is submitted our escrow operations team will be notified and start processing your return. If the return is an ACH that was processed via TransactAPI, the transaction will be subject to the 60-day holding period before we release the funds back to the investor.
