How do I return funds back to the investor?

Returning funds to an investor is easily done through the TransactAPI Dashboard or API.

You may request a refund via the TransactAPI Dashboard:

After logging into the Dashboard, navigate to the Request Return button under the Trades view. Fill out the required information and submit the request.

Note: You may also use the cancelInvestment API method.
