The trade status didn't update when a trade was canceled. Was it successful?
If the payment status is still in a "Submitted" status, canceling the trade will initiate a return request to be processed once the funds are eligible to be refunded. The trade status will remain "Created" until the return processes.
If the payment status is still in a "Submitted" status, canceling the trade will initiate a return request to be processed once the funds are eligible to be refunded. The trade status will remain "Created" until the return processes, and then the trade status will update to "Unwind Pending."
To confirm if a cancelation was successful, log into the TransactAPI dashboard and confirm that the trade is included on the Return Requests page.
