When do the subscription documents get sent out to investors?
An email is sent via DocuSign with pre-populated subscription documents as soon as an investment has been confirmed by the investor.
If you have added your DocuSign credentials to your admin panel and have a template uploaded to your offering, after the investment has been completed, the investor will receive a separate email from DocuSign to complete their subscription documents.
