What happens if a raise doesn't meet the minimum? How do we return investors funds?

When a raise fails to meet the minimum requirement by the contingency date the best option is to send an email to escrow-ops@northcapital.com.

When a raise fails to meet the minimum requirement by the contingency date the best option is to send an email to escrow-ops@northcapital.com. In the email state the name of the raise and that it failed. We then will promptly return the funds to the investors. We are also monitoring this and we will notify you if the raise doesn't meet the minimum requirement.

ACH payments will be processed on the next business day if they have been held in escrow for more than 60 days. If the funds have not reached this 60-day threshold, we will wait until they do so in escrow. Subsequently, the funds will be returned on the following business day. 

Credit Card payments will go out between 3 to 5 business days.

Wire payments will prompt our team to send a DocuSign to the investor(s) to confirm the wiring information, once confirmed the funds will be wired back within 1-2 business days.
