When a raise fails to meet the minimum requirement by the contingency date the best option is to send an email to escrow-ops@northcapital.com. In the email state the name of the raise and that it failed. We then will promptly return the funds to the investors. We are also tracking this and we will notify you if the raise doesn't meet the minimum requirement.

ACH payments will go out the next business day, Credit Card payments will go out between 3 to 5 business days, Wire payments we will send a DocuSign to the investor(s) to confirm the wiring information, once confirmed the funds will be wired back.
