      What does the error "Primary Party Account is not Primary Party Account is not EXIST / ACTIVE" mean?

      It is required to have at least one primary party linked to an account. This can be done using the createLink API or in TransactAPI. View Account, click Associated Parties, add new and set "Primary Party" to Yes.
