What does the pre-live certification checklist require for returns?

We would like to know how you are planning on handling a situation where an investor wants a return of their funds (refund). If you are handling this through the API in any way, we will want to see that and make sure you are calling the appropriate endpoint(s). If you are handling this process manually, then we will not need to see anything further.
