      How to remove a duplicate party on TAPI?

      You can remove the duplicate party by archiving it.

      We do not have a delete feature, we have an archive option.

      Steps to archive a party:

      1- Navigate to the parties tab, and search by the duplicate party ID.

      2- Select the checkbox of the duplicate party.

      3- Under "Bulk Actions" select "Archive Entities" and then apply

        • When searched the duplicate party will no longer show

      *** If you needed to restore the duplicate party, select "Archived Parties / Entities," and then the checkbox of the party you want to restore. Click on apply next to the "Bulk Actions: Restore Party"
