      How do I stop a payment from occurring?

      If the transaction is still in a "Pending" status, you can void the ACH or Credit Card through the TransactAPI Dashboard or through the API.

      Through the TransactAPI Dashboard:

      Dashboard > View Payments > Select "Void" option under the action column
