How do I see if an investment has been received?

In the escrow portal you can search for the investment in question.

Log into the escrow portal. If you don't have a login please email escrow-ops@northcapital.com and ask for login credentials and they will be able to set you up. Once you have logged in, on the left are tabs for your Open Accounts, Closed Accounts, etc. 

Click on the Open Accounts tab and you will be shown a list of all the accounts you have that are actively receiving transactions from investors. Select the account you want by clicking the “eye” button. You will then see all the transactions that have been received for that account. You can then search for the investor name, amount, received date, etc. If the funds are not found in the escrow portal then the funds have not been received.
