How do I reprocess a payment from my TransactAPI admin panel?

Easy steps on how to manually reprocess a payment from the TransactAPI admin panel

Investor payments can be manually reprocessed from the admin panel in a few simple steps.

 

1. Navigate to the Trades View from the TransactAPI dashboard.

2. Search for the trade by TradeID and select the TradeID hyperlink.

3. Select the Fund Move button. External Fund Move for ACH payments or CC Fund Move for credit card payments.

4. Confirm payment amount and add description/notes as desired.

5. Confirm that Payment Status had updated to Pending. This can be found on the Trade View page.
