Yes, under the automated email section in your admin panel.

Yes you can change the disclaimer text that is included in the automated emails by: logging into your marketplace admin panel, click on automated emails. 

*Please note that if nothing is input in the disclaimer text box, it will automatically default to North Capital's disclaimer*
