How do I change an investor's accreditation status if they select the wrong option during the DirectInvest Button flow?

Once you are on the users page, you can click the red "NOT ACCREDITED" option on the table to switch the user to "ACCREDITED."

If you are asking your investors if they are accredited before allowing them to continue to invest, you can update a DirectInvest Button user's accredited status by logging into TransactAPI, clicking the "Direct Invest" option on your Dashboard, then clicking on the "DirectInvest Users" option at the top of that page. Once you are on the users page, you can click the red "NOT ACCREDITED" option on the table to switch the user to "ACCREDITED."
