If Plaid is required for ACH integrations, can ACH info be manually entered using createExternalAccount?

Plaid is required to be the method of an investor providing their bank account details for ACH transactions.

Due to increased ACH fraud attempts, we require all connected bank account to be verified at time of linking through Plaid.

 

createExternalAccount is a deprecated endpoint that should no longer be utilized.
