How do we attach escrow accounts to our offerings?

All clients using North Capital escrow services, should request that an escrow account be opened through the Account Opening Form found on the North Capital Portal.

If you are using North Capital escrow services, you would request that an escrow account be opened through our North Capital Portal.

We associate the offering with the escrow account internally. The offering name in TAPI should match the escrow account name, which allows our escrow ops team to handle the reconciliation.

A third party can be used for escrow services but in order to use ACH and/or credit card processing through TransactAPI, you are limited to using North Capital escrow services to process the payments.
