How can foreign investors be accredited?

  • When reviewing a foreign investor, we apply the same accreditation rules as for domestic investors.
  • Our accreditation team will convert foreign currencies to USD. Documentation submitted for review should specify the currency.
  • Documents submitted for review should be in English. If an English version of the document is not provided to the investor by the source from which they are getting it, a certified translation is also acceptable.
