Why was I invoiced for a chargeback?

Chargebacks happen with both ACH and Credit Card transactions. Funds are automatically pulled from our escrow account and sent back to the investor. If the investment has already been closed on we then we will invoice for the reversed transaction. 

You can dispute a credit card chargeback to attempt to get back the funds. If you would like to do that send escrow-ops@northcapital.com  any and all information that would be able to show that the investor did mean to make the investment and we can submit the documents on your behalf.
