      How do I connect my DocuSign account with OAuth2?

      Starting October 1, 2024, DocuSign is requiring clients to integrate with outside applications (such as North Capital) through their new OAuth2 authentication.

      Clients that have not set up this new authentication by Oct 1st will not be able to send Subscription Documents through the North Capital integration!

      DocuSign OAuth2 can be enabled simply from your TransactAPI dashboard. NOTE: There is no need to disconnect your previous DocuSign connection. 

      Log into TransactAPI and select the Connect to DocuSign button

      Follow the prompt. You will be directed to a DocuSign login page

      Follow the instructions on the DocuSign popup and enter your login credentials. Confirm your DocuSign account.

      This completes the process!

      NOTE: There is no need to disconnect your previous DocuSign connection.
